If you seem to be experiencing problems with Cosign on your protected site(s), please contact WebAccess Support through the usual channels listed through <http://aset.its.psu.edu/docs/webaccess/contact-us.html>.
This alert will be updated throughout the day; it is not planned to be resolved until late this afternoon.
Do not upgrade your production sites to version 3, continue to use the test login system for your version 3 testing needs.
The four WebAccess login servers are planned to be upgraded to version 3 of the Cosign software during the maintenance window (5am-7am) on Tuesday, July 7.
The upgrade will be performed on one server at a time, allowing the WebAccess service to remain available during the work.
No actions on web sites protected by WebAccess (Cosign filters) are necessary for this work. Do not upgrade production protected web sites to the version 3 Cosign filter until after this alert indicates that the upgrade was successful and the alert has been resolved.
