The fourth (and last) server was upgraded by 05:33.
The upgrade of the fourth server is scheduled for Tuesday, 10/6, during the maintenance window.
The delays in upgrading the fourth server are due to getting new equipment into the offsite location.
The upgrade of the third server was completed by 05:15.
The third server upgrade is scheduled for Wednesday, 9/16, during the maintenance window.
The second server update was completed by 05:15.
The second (of four) servers is scheduled for Monday, 9/14, during the maintenance window.
The first server upgrade was completed as of 05:20.
The WebAccess service experienced a high load which caused delays in authenticating through it.
To alleviate this problem, the WebAccess login servers will be upgraded to faster hardware. The first server is scheduled for the upgrade on Friday, 9/11, during the maintenance window.
This alert will be updated with the status of the upgrades without emailing it: view it on the Alerts web site for the status of the upgrades.
