The VoIP Analog Service is still experiencing issues faxing off system. TNS has escalated this to our vendor for resolution and we will continue to provide updates when we have them.

TNS continues to work on the VoIP Analog faxing issue that we are experiencing here at University Park. We will continue to update.

Original Alert

The VoIP Analog Service, commonly used for fax machines, is experiencing a degraded level of service relative to supporting fax machines. Faxes transmitted from a University Park VoIP analog served fax machine to an off-network fax machine is currently unavailable. However, faxes transmitted to a VoIP analog fax machine and faxes transmitted within the Penn State Network are unaffected. TNS is actively working to trouble shoot and resolve this service degradation.
