The servers have been rebooted and the issues seem to have been resolved.
The solution to this problem requires a reboot of the Meeting@PennState servers. This will interrupt connected meetings temporarily.
We plan to reboot the servers at noon today to fix the problem. This seems like a good time when there will not be many people in meetings.
If you have a meeting you were planning to start at noon, please consider starting it around 12:30.
At 8:00am today Adobe Connect was having connection problems. End users may have problems entering meetings and/or viewing recordings.
We are in contact with the vendor to solve this problem.
We apologize for any inconvenience and will have the service operating properly soon.
