The FPS service is restored. Some issues with DIMC have been reported and are being investigated.
The time period for upgrading the FPS service has been altered to better suit the workflow of FPS users. The upgrade process will now begin on Friday, 15 February, at 2:00 AM, with an estimated conclusion time of 7:00 AM.
Also, it should be noted that authentication for current FPS accounts is not expected to be functional during the implementation period as previously thought. ITS staff is continuing to investigate possible a solution to this issue.
Upgrades will be made to the Friends of Penn State (FPS) service on Thursday, 14 February, to fix known issues and improve overall performance. Procedures for the upgrade will begin at 5:00 AM and are expected to be concluded by 10:00 AM.
During the upgrade period, no new accounts can be established and updates to accounts will not be accepted. However, authentication for current FPS accounts will continue to function as normal.
