Resolved: ANGEL Urgent Update Februrary 14

An urgent ANGEL update will be applied beginning at 4:30am on 2/14/13. During this time ANGEL will be unavailable. The urgent patch corrects an issue involving navigation within an assessment when backtracking is disabled.
