FPS Upgrade to affect users of eCommerce Control Center.

Upgrades will be made to the Friends of Penn State (FPS) service on
Friday, 15 February, to fix known issues and improve overall performance.
Procedures for the upgrade will begin at 2:00 AM and are expected to be
concluded by 7:00 AM.

During this upgrade, users will be unable to login to the eCommerce
Control Center. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
