The ANGEL slowness issue has been resolved.
ANGEL is again experiencing performance issues. Users may experience difficulty with logging in to ANGEL, slow page load times, or time-outs. ITS is working to resolve the issue.
· Starting at approximately 10:30 am ANGEL began experiencing periods of extremely slow performance caused by high loads on the back-end server storage. We’ve taken steps to reduce this load, and are working with our vendors on a more permanent solution.
· We will continue to monitor the situation, and regret any impact this has caused users.
Some users may be experiencing slow page loads with ANGEL. ITS is pursuing a resolution to the problem.
The ANGEL Service Team has made some changes to the backend processes to improve performance, and will continue to monitor the ANGEL application.
ANGEL experienced performance issues this morning that appear to have been related to its back end systems. The ANGEL Service Team has engaged the storage vendor, and is working to identify the cause for slowness. Users may have experienced difficulty with logging in to ANGEL, slow page load times, or time-outs during this period. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
ANGEL began experiencing technical problems at approximately 9:50 AM. ITS is investigating the cause of the problem and continues to monitor ANGEL.
ANGEL is currently experiencing some technical problems. More information will be posted as it becomes available.
