The offending client was identified and blocked around 1:30pm this afternoon. WebAccess is now responding as expected.
WebAccess is experiencing a degradation in service. The slowness began around 11:55 a.m. today. ITS is investigating the cause of the problem. More information will be posted as it becomes available.
