We believe that all issues on UCS have been resolved at this time. Java memory issues were resolved yesterday on UCS9 ,and the disk problems were resolved today on UCS8.
UCS is experiencing underlying disk issues on one of the mailstores, all available resources are working on resolving the problem.
We are continuing to experience occasional slowness. We are working on the issue at this time.
Performance has returned to normal. ITS is currently investigating the cause with the vendor. This alert will be resolved when the cause is definitively found.
UCS is experiencing performance issued. All available resources are working on resolving the problem. The servers are responding, but some users may notice some slowness. No e-mail is being lost. As more information is available, this ticket will be updated.
