Original Alert

On Wednesday, July 3, 2013, during the regularly scheduled maintenance window (5:00-7:00 a.m.), Information Technology Services (ITS) will perform an upgrade to the Oracle database that supports Central Accounts Coordination Tracking of Users Services (CACTUS). The upgrade is being performed, per ITS' service agreement with Oracle, in order to improve performance and stability of the database.

Services affected during this upgrade include:
*the CACTUS interface
*the Short Term Access Accounts (STAA) Management and Distribution interfaces
*Password resets
*the ITS Signature Stations, all locations
*the Digital Identity Management Center (DIMC)
*the Security Interface
*Directory and e-mail forwarding updates via the ITS Secure Server,
