The Voice System Upgrade work was completed Sunday June 30th 2013 at 8:00AM.

Update on June 30, 2013 at 6:16AM

The Voice System Upgrade is still in progress due to the length of the database restore. ITS/TNS staff are currently monitoring the status of the system, and expect to have voice services restored Sunday June 30th by 10:00AM.

Update on June 27, 2013 at 4:40PM

Friday evening June 28th 2013 beginning at 8:00PM through Sunday morning June 30th 6:00AM 2013, ITS/TNS will be performing an upgrade to the VoIP system that processes inbound and outbound calls. During this time period, users will experience momentary delays with both inbound and outbound phone calls.

As a result of this scheduled Voice System Upgrade, any changes(for example: speed dials, fast dials, or call forwarding) that were made to VoIP Phones this week via, my.voip.phone.psu.edu will not be retained after the upgrade. Any changes that were made, will need to be re-applied the week of July 1st 2013.
