This issue was fixed as of 9:30pm on Thursday, September 5.
ITS is diligently working with the vendor to resolve this issue. A few changes were made to the service which has seen a large reduction in errors. This alert will remain open until the issue has been fully resolved.
A small number UCS users may be receiving 502 errors. ITS is diagnosing the issue.
