Around 3:13pm WebAccess started working normally. Staff are still determining what caused WebAccess to go into a degraded state.
Staff are still investigating what is causing WebAccess to respond slower than normal. It may take users up to 1 minute to load some WebAccess sites.
WebAccess is responding slower than normal, staff are investigating.
