Staff submitted logs to the vendor to help diagnose the root cause. Since restarting the affected server, UCS has been stable through the traditional peak periods today.

Update on December 2, 2013 at 11:22AM

ITS Staff restarted one of the UCS servers at approximately 10:40am. Staff is still investigating the root cause.

Some University Collaboration Suite (UCS) users may be experiencing slowness. Staff is investigating the cause.
