No further interruptions were experienced, and the underlying hardware issue was identified and resolved.
From 1:05pm - 1:20pm today, a piece of production hardware experienced a failure. ITS is investigating the cause of the failure.
At this time, the only production service affected was the University Collaboration Suite (UCS). This was a hardware issue, not software.
