Services were back in service starting around 9:46am. Staff are still working with the vendor to diagnose this unknown hardware issue.
Today\'s issue is identical to the unknown hardware issue from Saturday, February 22 (http://alerts.its.psu.edu/alert-2975). Staff is currently collecting diagnostic information so it can be sent to the vendor to debug. A resolution is known and staff will take steps to resolve this issue as soon as the data collection is complete.
Beginning around 9:36am, PASS started responding slowly. Staff are investigating the issue.
