The server hit an internal limit that needed to be modified. We have updated that limit and things are functioning normally now. The server was back in full production as of 9:35.
On Friday around midnight, backup.aset.psu.edu started responding slowly. As the night continued, the server became slower, but was allowing some new connections. We are restarting the server as of 9:15 and it should be back by 10:00. We do not know the cause of the slow down as of this time. We will update the alert once the server is back. All other TSM servers were not affected by this outage.
