InCommon/Comodo has added significant capacity to the backend. We are no longer seeing delays in certificate processing.

At this time we have managed to get very few certificates from InCommon/Comodo since about 1pm. Depending on responsiveness of their website this evening we may be able to get more through. The system has been usable in the morning, so if you are going to need a certificate, please submit the CSR either this evening or first thing tomorrow and we will attempt to get them all processed in the morning.

As a result of demand for replacement certificates because of the openssl bug "heartbleed," processing of SSL certificates is slower then normal. Our CA, InCommon/Comodo has been inundated with requests. Please plan on delays in obtaining certificates. Current delays are a couple hours but could get longer.
