Adobe has provided us with a new temporary license that will allow everyone to join meetings until a permanent solution is determined.

Adobe is working on a fix. The service will be fixed as soon as possible.
It seems like the problem with not being able to join meetings sporadically is back.
We are working with Adobe to remedy the situation.
If you try to join a meeting and get a \"users exceeded\" error, please wait a few minutes and try again as this issue happens on and off.
The Meeting@PennState service issue has been corrected. Please email email@example.com if you see any other issues.

The fixes that Adobe provided to us to fix the issue did not work. We are still in contact with them to hopefully resolve the situation.
Adobe has a patch that will fix the problem and we are obtaining it now and it will hopefully be in place by 1:30pm or earlier.
Starting about 10:30 am today Adobe Connect has not been accepting incoming connections.
The administrators are aware of the problem and are working with the vendor to come up with a solution.
