ITS has obtained a new product key for all Adobe ETLA installations and has created a re-serialization tool to re-apply a new enterprise key to current installations.

All Adobe technical Points of Contact have been provided with this re-serialization tool and can begin to use it immediately. Any user that is experiencing this issue should work directly with their IT support and their Adobe Point of Contact. The Points of Contact for each area can be found here: https://psu.box.com/adobeetlacontacts
