authsmtp.psu.edu was blocked by multiple mail servers since opening this
alert. One of the major blocks was removed early Saturday morning, Dec 12.
Other blocks existed through the weekend and were removed this morning, Dec
14. It may take up to 24 hours for the information to propagate to all the
mail servers world wide, so we are leaving this alert open.
We believe the block has been lifted this morning. We are keeping this alert open until December 14, 2015 in case the block is reapplied.
We continue to work with the vendor to resolve this issue. We have escalated the issue to the Premier Support team.

On November 28, 2015 starting around 2:35 p.m., authsmtp.psu.edu was blocked by live.com/hotmail.com because of a misbehaving client. We believe the block will be lifted later today.
