This work will take place during the day tomorrow, Tuesday, February 2, not during the maintenance window as previously announced.
On February 2, 2016, during the regularly scheduled maintenance window (5-7 AM), as part of work to improve the security of the University's central eCommerce service, ITS will only allow specific IP addresses identified to the eCommerce team as ones that access eCommerce services. This information was shared with all University Financial Officers and technical contacts within the merchant areas. If a user is unable to access the system after this date and it is determined that they should have access, the user can contact the Support Center at 863-2276 or firstname.lastname@example.org to have the functionality restored. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause but it is critical that we maintain tight security into this environment.
Note: This would include reporting access for units using ePay, PSUPay, PSUCheckout or eStore services.
