As of 08:05, e-mail was being actively delivered and messages that were queued should have been received.
As of 2:30 p.m., we believe all queued messages have been delivered.
As of 11:30, most of the queued mail has been delivered. We are closing this alert. This issue is being tracked in Service Now(INC0238892).

Email that is local to psu.edu such as email.psu.edu,ucs.psu.edu,hmc.psu.edu is not affected. It is just e-mail that is being forwarded to places like gmail.com, yahoo.com, hotmail.com, comcast.net, etc. that is being held.
Starting around 00:30 February 15, 2016 , outgoing e-mail from smtp.psu.edu, authsmtp,psu.edu, lists.psu.edu, webmail.psu.edu, forwarded mail from psu.edu, and other PSU systems is not being delivered. ITS is investigating the cause.
