Bulk Access Account changes for the dce.psu.edu Kerberos realm were completed at 07:35am. Password changes have been enabled and services are functioning normally.

Updates are still being processed. Password changes are still disabled while updates are processed. Estmated completion time is 7:30am.

Update on February 11, 2017 at 7:35AM

Password changes were re-enabled by 07:14AM today. The service is currently operating normally.

During the maintenance window on Sunday, February 12, password changes will again be disabled as we process another large batch of Access Account changes.

The updates for today\'s maintenance window should be completed by 7:30am. Password changes will be disabled until the updates for this morning are completed. A follow-up will be posted when Access Account password changes are re-enabled.

Original Alert

OVPIT will process a large number of Access Account changes on Saturday, February 11, and Sunday, February 12, during the regularly scheduled maintenance windows (5am to 7am).

While the work is in progress people will not be able to change their Access Account password and the Accounts Office will not be able to process password reset requests.

Service will be restored to normal by the end of each maintenance window.
