After monitoring the situation for some time, Instructure support has deemed that the intermittent problems that were occurring earlier have been resolved.
A remediation process has been implemented and a lot of Canvas processes appear to be working correctly again. Instructure support continuing to monitor this situation though, to ensure there\'s no lingering effects.
There is currently an issue within Canvas that is affecting tools that interact with external services such as some Authentication Servers, Turnitin, and Crocodoc. Users may experience a timeout when attempting to log in or access documents in Speedgrader. The Canvas DevOps team is investing the cause and working towards a resolution ASAP.
