The storage issue has been resolved although the cause is not known at this time. We will follow up with the vendor to determine what caused this issue. Angel and ONEForest were the only services that were running in a degraded state due to this issue and all services are running normally at this time.
At this time, EI&O is experiencing issues with one of our storage subsystems in our Tower Road datacenter. We do not know of any production services that are down, but there may be some services in a degraded state. More details will be posted as we learn more.
