Microsoft has restored inbox and feed functionality to the service. Their work to restore real-time notifications continues.

Preliminary root cause: A portion of the infrastructure that accepts and routes incoming connections to the service is degraded, which impacts access to the Yammer site as well as real-time notifications and viewing messages from an email inbox.

Service is recovering, but not completely restored. Problems may still exist loading messages and there are latency issues. Real time notifications are not functioning yet.

It appears that all of Yammer may be 100% inaccessible and those currently logged in may not be able to access Yammer. We are still working with Microsoft on a resolution and will update this alert as we receive further information.

Original Alert

An issue impacting Yammer has been brought to the attention of the IT Service Desk. Currently this issue is not allowing new logins to Yammer. Microsoft is aware of the issue and are working to restore all services as soon as possible. We will update this alert as we receive additional information.
