Penn State IT staff have identified a resolution which will be briefly impacting password changes through signature stations. Should you receive an error while attempting to change your password via a signature station, please try again in a few minutes.

Impacted users once again have full access to their Penn State Access Account Storage Space (PASS). Penn State IT staff members are continuing to monitor the situation and working to restore redundancy to the service.

Penn State IT staff are working on a problem with PASS that started around 9:02 am this morning. Some users may have trouble reaching files in PASS. Web servers such as www.personal.psu.edu may be slow or unresponsive.
