The issue was determined to be a vendor networking issue. Penn State IT staff members worked with the vendor and have resolved the issue. The form is once again functioning properly.

The issue with the ENCS (Enterprise Networking & Communication Services) Service Inquiry/Request Form (https://webapps.tns.its.psu.edu/Forms/ServiceInquiry/) is believed to be vendor related. State IT staff members are currently working with the vendor and more information will be shared on the IT Alerts page as it becomes available

As of 8:15 a.m. on January 15, 2018, ENCS Is experiencing an issue with the ENCS Service Inquiry/Request Form. Users are receiving an error, when they attempt to submit the form. Penn State IT staff members are currently investigating the issue, and more information will be shared on the IT Alerts page as it becomes available
