What is happening?

In coordination with ENCS and our network vendors we are working to resolve an issue with one of four connections between our aggregate(Tier 1) switches and routers that goes through the firewall.

Will this effect my services running in the data centers?

If you have equipment in Computer Building or Tower Road using DCS for connectivity to the UEN you might experience intermittent very brief outages while testing is done. Depending on timing and issue resolution, additional testing may also occur on the morning of 3/11 between 5 and 7am. The ITS Alert will be updated if that is the case.
