Penn State IT has resolved the degradation issue with WebAccess.

Original Alert

As of 10:22 a.m. EST on Monday, March 19, 2018, WebAccess is experiencing a degradation. Services affected include everything that authenticates through WebAccess, including but not limited to, Canvas, WebMail, and DIMC. Penn State IT staff members are currently investigating the issue, and more information will be shared on the IT Alerts page as it becomes available.
