All impacted services have been restored and can be used as normal.

Penn State IT continues to monitor these services and work to restore full redundancy.

Original Alert

As of 11 p.m. EST on Monday, March 19, 2018, it was discovered by Penn State IT that numerous services may be experiencing problems due to CHG004763. This includes delays, errors, or time out messages when trying to use these particular services.

At this time, it has been confirmed there are some email delays. Email is now being successfully processed, which is causing some users to notice messages being received much later than originally sent from another user.

Penn State IT staff members are currently investigating the issue and which services may be impacted. More information will be shared on the IT Alerts page as it becomes available.
