Wireless network connectivity has been stabilized. If you continue to experience issues using the wireless network, please contact the IT Service Desk for assistance.

Original Alert

Starting at 11:39 a.m. ET on Thursday, May 17, 2018, the wireless service began to experience various connection disruptions. This will cause some users to disconnect from the wireless network for brief periods of time, normally under 20 seconds. A work around at this time is to connect to the network via Ethernet/Local Area Connection if available.

Penn State IT staff members are currently investigating the issue, and more information will be shared on the IT Alerts page as it becomes available.
