Office 365 is available to all new users at most Penn State locations (not including Penn State College of Medicine and Pennsylvania College of Technology). This issue has been resolved, and Office 365 has been restored to normal functionality.

The estimated resolution time for this issue has been changed to 9pm ET on 06/14/18. Users who are new to Penn State since Friday, June 8, 2018 are impacted; other users should not experience issues.

Issue began at 2:22pm ET on 06/11/18 and should be fixed by 9:22am ET on 06/13/18.

NOTES:
New students that are also employees are unaffected by the issue.
Existing users of Office 365 are unaffected by this issue.
Penn State College of Medicine and Pennsylvania College of Technology users are unaffected by this issue.
