This issue has been resolved, and OneNote for Office 365 has been restored to normal functionality.

IT SERVICE(S) IMPACTED:
Web version of Microsoft OneNote for Office 365 is slow

DATE AND TIME:
Issue began at 3:00PM ET on 07/16/2018

NOTES:
Only the web version of OneNote is affected. When attempting to open OneNote or a notebook, it may take longer than normal to load or you may get a timeout error. Notebooks that are saved locally on your computer should open fine. IT Staff are currently working with the vendor to troubleshoot the issue.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION:
This alert will be updated as new information becomes available. Penn State IT users can view additional details in Service Now.

Teams from Penn State IT continue to work with Microsoft to troubleshoot the slowness issue and are working to restore service as quickly as possible.
