This issue has been resolved, and the O365 LTI integration has been restored to normal functionality.

PEOPLE AND LOCATIONS IMPACTED:
All students attempting to load Office 365 Cloud Assignments in Canvas

IT SERVICE(S) IMPACTED:
Office 365 Cloud Assignments in Canvas

DATE AND TIME:
Issue began at 4:00 PM ET on 12/3/18

NOTES:
The Load Assignment button for Cloud Assignments appears but does not work. Penn State IT staff are currently working with the vendor to resolve the issue. There is no workaround.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION:
This alert will be updated as new information becomes available.
