Penn State IT fixed the underlying storage issue. Restoration of impacted applications continues.

Some students, faculty, staff at all Penn State locations

IT SERVICE(S) IMPACTED:
Storage services are partially unavailable. This impacts many University applications. Known impacted applications include DIMC, PASS, Penn State chat, iTwo, and 2FA.

DATE AND TIME:
Issue began at 1:05pm ET on 12/17/18.

NOTES:
This issue is impacting many Penn State applications. When users attempt to use an impacted application, they will receive an error message.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION:
This alert will be updated as new information becomes available. Penn State IT users can view additional details in ServiceNow.
