PEOPLE AND LOCATIONS IMPACTED:
All students, faculty and staff at all locations that access PASS via the SMB Gateway

IT SERVICES IMPACTED:
Connections to PASS SMB Gateway were unavailable

DATE AND TIME:
Outage started at 7:00 AM ET on 1/26/2019 and ended at 8:00 AM ET on 1/26/2019.

NOTES:
Between the hours of 7am and 8am, new connections to the PASS SMB Gateway were denied. This would have affected anyone that uses the SMB Server. Penn State IT identified what was causing the issue and took corrective action.
