Please visit https://pennstate.service-now.com/sp?id=services_status to subscribe to your favorite IT service notifications. Subscription is on a service-by-service notification enrollment.

Reminder: Alerts and email notifications associated with alerts.it.psu.edu will be retired on April 17. If you want to request an alert, please see the updated Penn State IT Alerts Process (http://smo.psu.edu/updated-it-alerts-process/) or call the on-duty Incident Manager at 814-867-0295.

Alert Information:
An updated Penn State IT Alerts process (http://smo.psu.edu/updated-it-alerts-process/) will result in the discontinuation of the alerts and email notifications associated with this website. The new process will officially begin on April 17, 2019 but there will be a soft launch from April 2 through April 16, 2019. Through the soft launch, alerts will remain available through this website and its email notifications; however, after April 16, alerts will no longer be available here.

The new process will result in alerts being posted on the Service Status page of IT Self-Service Portal (help.psu.edu). You will be able to subscribe to alerts on a service-by-service basis. This video will give you an overview of the Service Status page and how to subscribe: https://psu.mediaspace.kaltura.com/media/System+Status+Page+%2B+Subscribing+to+Alerts/1_3fcevnr7.
