We are experiencing an unanticipated problem with LionSearch and it is currently unavailable. Technicians are working to determine and resolve the issue.

Sites has been recovered after a database failure. We will continue to monitor the servers and if anything changes we will update this alert again.

Staff submitted logs to the vendor to help diagnose the root cause. Since restarting the affected server, UCS has been stable through the traditional peak periods today.

The single sign-on issue was resolved at approximately 4:30 pm. The Skillport Online Learning Platform is now operating normally.

From approximately 12:40pm-12:50pm, one of the University Collaboration Suite (UCS) servers malfunctioned. The issue was quickly diagnosed and resolved. Affected users did not lose any e-mail messages.
