The e-mail server was responding as of 4:25. WebMail was also responding as of 4:25. We are still looking into the cause of the outage. All systems are functioning normally...read more

We have disabled the quota code we enabled this morning. This was done at 12:10 today. WebMail started preforming normally at about 12:15. We will keep the WebMail quota off...read more

On Monday morning during the maintenance window, we will turn back on user quotas in WebMail. The quota information will appear as it did before.

The WebAccess service experienced a high load which caused delays in authenticating through it. Personnel are investigating the cause and ways to mitigate future occurrences.
